Scott Lenland: Global trade as a percentage of global g d p is kind of been flat, flat to even mildly down. He says we could enter another period of either contraction and globalization or at least just a levelling out for a period of time. But i do think essentiallywh we're shifting towards more decentralized global reserve basket, where you have a handful of regional reserve currencies and a handful of currences can buy oil.
