The vulnerabilities of ethnic minority communities, not speaking the major languages is a big risk factor for people who are being trafficked. With that comes access to the inter ad all the resources that have come in the past ten years has really changed these communities dramatically. Even though their absolute poverty has improved, the disparity between what they have in their villages and what they see in the cities is dramatic. They want to travel just like our kids do, or our friends. You see these dynamics playing out all round the world.
