The Perjury Charge in the Michael Flynn Prosecution

The FBI on its own went to General Flynn having learned through a telephone interest that they talked to the ambassador and they made a perjury chat for him. They said when you talk to the ambassador the Russian ambassador did you talk about sanctions and this was weeks later his memory was foggy he had no reason to cover up it wouldn't have been a crime but because they were determined to criminalize Michael Flynn they turn that into a felony. The only reason we learned that Michael Flynn called Ambassador Kizliak and talked about sanctions was because the NSA was spying on  Ambassador Kzliak he was a target of NSA surveillance.
