How to Use Humor in a Job Interview?

How can you get a feel for how the team relates and whether or not you should use jokes in that initial communication? I just don't know how you can tell initially. One is understanding that humor is more broad than comedy, like we said. It's not about being funny, but being a little bit more fun. In an interview, you might answer a question with the story. And in that story, you can kind of give a little bit. As long as those lines are kind of positive and inclusive, even if no one laughs, they become a positive statement.
