turnover in general is sort of increased year over year. We're seeing that across every industry, I can't go to Buffalo Wild Wings, you know, without flipping a coin on whether they're going to be open or not because of people. What we're hearing out there is manufacturing is hard anyway. It can be frustrating for those frontline supervisors and ops leaders to not have the tools and the resources they need to do their job. And so put it in a pressure cooker of needing to deliver and customer demands and not having the tools and support that you need. Mm hmm.
