The United States' Strategic Plan for the Moon
The U.S. is formally saying that the country is going to be investing in establishing long-term, not just goals, but investments in the space between the Earth and the Moon. They're trying to create these basic levels of infrastructure in order to enable a variety of companies, organizations, private actors and nations to establish themselves. It's one of those things where I laugh. It's rarely does reading a White House policy document give me tingles. And it's so practical but also so ambitious.
