It's a matter of graded exposure. Whatever technique you like or you feel is going to help you the most, it's really a matter of just graded exposure. So doing that systematically so that, you're not jumping from one extreme to the next, then you are gonna see some success with pre-habber rehab. And when we have an unprepared joint or muscle or under-prepared, that's when we are going to introduce injury.
