In early december, irst initial days of the trip, i woke up to an extreme case of vertigo. I was also had tenitus, which is ringing in my ears,. splitting headache, a, you know, again, i had been in some really tough spots round the world, but this was extraordinary. So that's what happened. And i came back to the united states and started this kind of incredible medical journey.
