The way you deliver the most value in organizations is to not centralize the use of data. You want to get this into the roots and branch of the business, so that it's got scale. It's a company commitment, isn't it? Definitely. If it's then not successful, it's almost worse than not doing it.You sort of put yourself back a step. And ultimately, as I'm sure you see, people do lose their jobs over failed data literacy programs.
