Stress is a very human trait as we know. Even if it's just a thought, like you said, even if it happened yesterday or the day before or two years ago, you can imagine or think that thought and all of a sudden that stress response comes back. And I'm not suggestive that we go back to being wild, but however, there's a lot to be learned about that. How they can shut off that response so quickly. We're hardwired for it, just like every mammal on this planet. So happy all the time is not a good thing. Like we're supposed to come through these things, right? It's supposed to ebb and flow.
