I just love that just you tell you tell people what to do and I had on as maybe a couple months ago now my friend Joe Bernard he runs a ministry where he basically gives for men but he gives them a specific action plan. He tells them when to go to bed when to wake up and he said just follow this and get these habits in order. It sounds so um it's like overly simple but that's the key I think a lot of people you know we procrastinate on these things even though I might know that I need to do some of these things.
