Is Your Business Diversified?

Diversification increases multiple. It's more stable. Wholesale is inherently more almost like more valuable than D to C. Not every lever is built equally. And it's impossible to work out what lever you should pull until you have that overview of where is the bottleneck? Like, you can be printing money on Facebook ads but you can have no customer service or supply chain and you can get hamstrung by different things. I'm trying to do more of that.
