The Importance of Connection in an Agency

I just genuinely love being around creativity and creative people. But I will also say, we probably look the part and planning is pretty one-dimensional. It's attracted a certain breed of person for a really long time. So talent alone isn't enough. It's got to be meeting that partner. And it's not an agency. It's kind of a culture in an agency. That'sgot to be a part of it.
