The Impact of T C 39 on the Development of JavaScript
T c 39 is a committee of people who come together from different organizations. They meet and work together in order to specify java scrip. So anything new that you write in javescript, any changes that are made to the language, are governed by this committee. And so i think it does a a fact, the day to day of javscip developers in many way. People use babel, for example, like the whole idea of babel is to keep up with all these things that are happening in t c 39 land.
