How Do You Get Your Body on the Floor?
When they're young, a lot of times they don't understand about being able to keep their body on somebody. So as you're catching the ball, your move is going to be dictated to bottom. And then we do a lot in conjunction with the guards. Yeknow, if guards or bigs on the parimeter, and i this comes down to drill situations, again, anywhere the ball moves from a drivel standpoint. If it's ino taking the paint from the base line, you have a rim spot catching on your mark. You have both those moves. Puts. We teach some front turns, some inside pivets.
