Young influencers are getting everything from lip filler to surgeries at discounts in exchange for promotion. Many of the social media personalities that NBC spoke to have expressed regret. Half of the influencers they talked to described feeling addicted to body modification. If you think elective surgery is right for you, then that's completely your call to make. However, the way these surgeries are marketed and presented can be a bad thing.
