Are There Multiple Provisions That Can Be Challenged in Court?
So many s have lost their licenses, but is there a scope for the cancellations or losses of efsiar licences to be challenged in court? Is it happening? It is happening. There can be more challenges o select. What kind of provisions, in your opinion, have a shilling effectan ise and i read somewhere about a provision which requires a, say, someone ar whos on the board of a particular ingio,. All the directors have to sort of share all the financial records and other car and all those other details. Are that something one should worry about? Yer, absolutely.
