Hemingway's Most Famous Story
A lot of what we associate with Hemingway has been already kind of in the works. He's writing a lot of his war fiction as a more distant memory than something like the Sun also rises, which is basically he's writing about an event that just happened and it has that kind of immediacy. So I would really read that story with that in mind with gender dynamics in mind. Hills like white elephants is a masterpiece.
