What Was It Like Watching Punk Emerge From the Top Deck From Number 22 Bus?
When I first moved to London in 75 it was pretty bleak. There were still and there were still bomb sites you know sort of that were car parts but it was because a building had been destroyed by a bomb or a few building so there was still all that. My route to work was from Putney to Piccadilly Circus because I worked in the salon and my self-ridge in Regent Street that doesn't exist anymore which I loved. So I got the full view of punk emerging up the Kings Road from the top floor of a double deck bus on my way to and from work"
