The idea is to spend around five minutes inthe sulphur bath before moving to the adjacent tub of cold water. You've also brought a bottle of drinking water with you to stay hydrated in the heat. Resting against the edge, the hot water feels wonderful. It's almost as if you can feel it soaking right into the pores of your skin,. like a warm caress that soothes and heals every part of your body. After a while, your body seems to know instinctively that it time to cool off in the other tub.
