Your Team Is Not the People That Report Into You

Ovly: For me it was really learning how to work with all of the cross functional a leaders um and figure out the best way to collaborate with them. I think naturally, i tend to fight for the people that report to me. Ovly: If you ask me as a salesperson, should you have a high brid of both self service and sales, i would say no because it makes my life harder....
