Meal Planning Isn't Just Eating
So, pad and identity pen. What are all the foods we like? I'm not saying, I'm not starting with meal planning as a concept. Let's start with specifics. You know what everybody likes? The first, first one that might go up, noodles. And at that point now, I've written down all the foods that nobody objects to and maybe even the foods that people love.
