The Effect of Wagner on Belarusian Peoples

You wouldn't be Belarusian if you haven't considered leaving the country in the last three years, says Cleb. Do you think perhaps that Wagner within Belarus may get people to think about leaving even more? I don't really think so. For now while this story is still in development when we will know better what's what is doing in Belarus and maybe it might affect. But if Belarus is just going to be a base for Wagner doing stuff in Africa then probably not.
