Ambi dexterous is a great word. It sounds so wonderfully scientific, but it actually means that people can do things equally well with either hand. When i get people in my laboratory and i ask them to do complicated tasks with their right or their left hand, i find almost nobody who can do them equally well with both hands. And even if they practise, they find it quite hard. A concert pianist who's playing the piano can do that. Their hands go up and down the keyboard equally well.
