i remember i was really proud of you for, there was a time where you were brought in to mediate or moderate. There was an opportunity for you to be a part of of helping in some way. You evaluated it reasonably and objectively,. like you called it for what it was, and then prayed about it. And the resolution may not necessarily be what he has in mind. Yes, it mathe resolution didn't come the way you, or anybody else we're looking for. But you fulfilled your part of it by doing your best to act in a way that was pleasing to god.
We live in a world defined by conflict. Whether it’s war among nations, arguments over politics, or even strife within the body of Christ, tensions run high and patience runs low. Between the external battles people fight with one another and the internal turmoil that steals our serenity, peace feels like a rare and precious commodity. Yet, as we learn from Proverbs 16, God has given us a recipe for genuine peace. Living our lives in a way that pleases Him is the only guaranteed path to peace in our lives and in our world.
