How to Drive More Shares on Bloom

In the earliest days, you want to be as data informed as possible. But i intentionally don't use data driven data informed, because there's no such thing as having perfect information when it comes to making decisions. We now have the output metrics, and we intuitively associate what are the most important elements for us to focus on in the early days. Now it's understanding what exactly it is that you end up working on. So one thing that was incredibly helpful to us, and i can't imagine not having done this in the earlydays, is that you have to be really diligent about listing all of your input metricks.
