The Relationship Between Product and Project

A project is a temporary endeavor to create a unique product service or result. Chad, as I think about this, the largest projects I've worked on have been the installation of telephone billing systems. So that's the idea of a project being used to create and deliver the product. And conversely, when we think about it from a product owner or product manager point of view, right, if they want to add a new feature to an existing product or to create a new product, they're going to do that through a project.
