Make sure that you, if you need, i know there is that mum guilt with taking time away from your child. But it's so important that you fill your cup up, because your child will pick up on that. Having te day off to do things that make you feel good, whether that's just getting asleep in am or going for a walk. Find something that you love to do, baby pretty child, find that passion againa meet up with other mums who you can talk to as well. Allreaty, i think that is all we have time for to day.
