Using Movement With Thinking Processes

When i have times where i feel like i'm not accomplishing much, or, for example, to day, i feel like I didn't get a lot of work done. And so i finished my day with a 30-minute walk with my dogs and then a 30 minute walk my treadmill. That is the type of ship that i do, because it keeps my brain going. This is also something i put into place when working on lines, when i'm reading sides,. When i read cript i am constantly moving, and it sits into my body so much quicker. Something about engaging your body while also engaging your mind just really sets things in play.
