Is This the First Terrorist Attack That Was Committed by Someone on Drugs?
There's evidence to suggest maybe it wasn't tearr just a drug ettic doing smething crazy. If they comeout of the toxcology report and say ho was on drugs, it would shift more towards the middle again. And i'd sayi still, you know, likely it could be terror, but it could also be the guy was whacked out of hi.
