In the first 90 days in consulting, where i teach anre i talk him through the key skills he needs to make an impact within days. For example, if everyone in our focus interview is telling us that this technology is a problem, maybe we focus there. If our bench marks are showing us that ou return on capital is really low, and our return on invested capital is low because we're investing so much in this technology, it validates as a promter sor we should look at it further.
