Private bisk has this decentralized organization, fisked out to resolve trade disputes. For example, if bob and alice ar agreeing on some terms to buy one bit coin for thousand dollars, if bob wires the money to alice on whatever payment method they agree on,. But alice doesn't release the bit coin. The new eversion of bisk now uses a two of to multi sig with a time lock. This way, only alice and bob have the keys to settle their transaction on their own.
