Is There a Way to Install Spot Lights in the Ceiling?

i feel that maybe we need to start at the ceiling with the lights. A, because i know what i'm like, right? You knowwere it'. It's easy to make a mistake when it comes to something like that. The only thing i've done so far in terms of automation, as i bought four lutron casetta switches. But they're all completely controllable through apse and outomation. I do not want those in home kit, because otherwise, if i say, hay apple lady, turn everything offye, it doesn't matter if my washing machine's in mid cycle, she's going to turn it off - which is very much not my
