There really isn't even a single exoplanet that has, you know, close to Earth surface gravity that's in the habitable zone of an orange-to-yellow star. Let alone one, only 41 light years away, which is very close. But like you said, it's a hard to find red dwarfs. It was hard to find. James Webb found it, first one, first of many, let's hope.
