Change Management - I'm Giving Up My IP
I'm struck it's occurring to me that most of the barriers or issues that people would bring up are probably less intellectual and more identity based like you know IP I'm giving up my IP but I'm also thinking that many people might be thinking of giving up their identity. So again a big challenge in change management at the moment is they involve the change manager or the facilitator right before implementation occurs not at the design of the change so this plays a huge part if you if they change processes.
