Is This a FPS Game?

The amount of comedic detail that went in this game is unparalleled of anything I have ever played in my life. There's just funny stuff everywhere. You can run through and you can play it like a normal FPS game but really taking your time to find the funny is worth it. The knife is such an interesting concept to have weapons with personalities.
