The louis petre ranch is working under a help build programme. It's basically getting an advance payment of future carbon credit earnings. If you don't need the money up front for the inferstructure, then yo, just go straight ventage. The one thing that could possibly go wrong with this? Ok? But if you're doing ranch improvements, and if you can figure out a way to make it work, other than whoever gave you the money defaulting. Is there any downside to any of it? Not. As long as we go slow, if we get the empo structure in, like christmac, the water is huge. That's going to benefit us, hope
