The Importance of Mentoring

AJ: The success of the mentoring is largely dependent on the people or the parties involved. When I was being mentored by John and Carol, I would just be determined to get out as much out of it as possible. And so our students have come back for a second year. They will get a little bit more hands-on mentoring from our school pastors.
