How to Have Conversations in an Interview
An interview is not my favourite format to listen to. I like learning from discussions. And if you look at how people discuss, you're doing exactly what you're saying. Like two people talking to each other, are rarely asking questions. It's almost never the case wher one person is pepperi the other person with questions. That just seems far more authentic.
