I think your earlier answer about reinvention is the new norm combined with this T-shaped career concept is really valuable. It's like some of the skills that you have right now are perishable. They'll connect it to specific tools. They're connected to specific techniques which will get updated. You have to continually learn them and reinvent them. Others, maybe like management or like you said, math skills will continue to serve you throughout your career. So I think this would be great advice for young people who are just entering the workforce now. If we can verticalize AI, we need people to label that data and we did not have this job before.
