What makes me bullish about it you know there's something else i know that you don't get carried away easily which is i'm going to ask you this what is the one thing that you think people are not looking at and they should. Unemployment employment rural markets anything else that you're looking at that you're saying maybe if this improved it would give me more confidence with everything else of course like you said infra banking x y that abc are all looking great.
