I didn't see the downside at 23 of leaving the corporate world. At 36 when I left Butler to come here, Tracy had a really good line. She said you'll never be as good as you want until you're uncomfortable. There's been a lot of discomfort that came from all three. But it really challenges you to grow quickly. For me, I'm really lucky because I felt like I could have gone back to the pharmaceutical world. And if it doesn't work out as the GM, then I've been really fortunate to be in basketball for 25 years.
