Nick Lobe's Drop of the Californian Original Lawsuit Against Sofia Vigara
Nick Lobe dropped his original lawsuit against Sofia Vigara in December 2016, which was about a year and a half after he initially lodged it. In an absolutely wild turn of events, the day after the Californian original lawsuit was filed, a new lawsuit was filed against her by embryos themselves. The suit asks for the embryos to be transferred to Mr. Lobe so they can be born and receive their inheritance. It's pretty important to note that under Louisiana law, a fertilized embryo is seen as a judicial person.
