Exporting Technology Infrastructure to Foreign Policy Projects

China is just like a case study which I did for the paper itself. And when I was going through all the other veteran countries who had kind of made their mark in the field of tech diplomacy, it was all very similar. But now, you know, they've kind of managed to make a mark in the domain and the fact that their new technology so intricately and deftly that they have increased a fear of interest during tech itself. So, two main things I think we can look at China as a possible,. you know, country to emulate, but I'm sure it's not just the fact that we still are the only thing that we need to do.
