Six in 10 teenage girls in the United States say that they're persistently sad or hopeless. The share of girls who say that contemplated suicide increased 50% in this last decade. I lay a lot of the blame at the door of the predominant way of life, the predominant ideology, the economic system, and the effect that it's had.
