Is Building Going to Help the Housing Market?
The housing market has been underbuilt since two thousand and six. Building isn't going to get us out of the trough that we're in from an inventory perspective, he says. The slow down on the purchase side is allowing that inventory to grow. But it's really demand side falling down more than supply side improving.
