Supply Chain Resiliency

We know what it looks like when you let geopolitics govern trade. There's a consumer welfare hit and there's a number of downsides to this but almost everything we do these days whether it's friend shoring or talk of the energy transition were emphasizing geopolitics. I'm not sure what the policy is going to be to get us out of it.
