How to Get Private Reviews on Your Newsletter
If you can empower people to talk about you, your newsletter is going to be one of those things that they will talk about. I often like to do it with a simple sort of yes or no sort of feedback poll - what did you think about this article? And then when they click on the link, if it's a good one, obviously you ask them to say a few words in a text box that they can fill in. If it's a bad feedback, you ask them why. It goes back to all that nudge theory stuff from like what it was like 10 years ago.
