What's Your a Plus Set Up?

For a new trader, what do you think are some signs that they're going to be successful? I mean, the money is the biggest lure to trading. If you only play, you only really need one good trade a month. You can have more than one A plus seven or you can only have one - just because you don't need to trade every day.
