The Russians and the Chechens in the Theater

Alex Bobbick was one of 75 foreign hostages held inside the Chechen gunman had promised to free them officials from the Red Cross went into the theater to negotiate their release they left with eight children freed by the gunman but so far the foreign nationals remain hostages together with more than 600 Russians. On October 26th Russian special forces were ordered in it began just before dawn explosions and automatic gunfire echoed through the grey Moscow sky. 130 hostages died most of them as a result of gas poisoning all the Chechens were killed  does Alex Bobbick believe the security services did the right thing you know I have to say because I survived yes it was the right thing, he says.
